OK, things are beginning to mount up at my house. I'm upgrading to C5 front brakes so I have some 16" tires and wheels I need to sell. Here's my list and some links to pictures:

2 stock salad shooter wheels - $40

4 16x9.5" Riken black mesh wheels and 255/50/16 Bridgestone RE71 tires - $350

3 Hoosier A3S03 275/45/16 tires lots of tread left (cut my other one a few weeks ago) - $90 for all 3($200 a piece new)

Bridgestones mounted on stock wheels about 4 weeks ago - http://mywebpages.comcast.net/miketa...eels&locks.jpg

Bridgestones and Rikens mounted on my car last week - http://mywebpages.comcast.net/miketaylor68/right2.jpg

Typical Hoosier tread:

No reasonable offer refused. These tires and wheels are stacking up.

You didn't happen to get those Rikens from a guy in Chesterfield with a red Vette, did you?

I sold the guy my car with 2 sets of wheels so he decided to sell those... just wondering if its a coincidence

Nope, bought them from a guy in Virginia about 2 years ago. They're a 4th gen offset and have served me well, but it's time to move on I guess.

I'll have to pass on that offer. I'd ship the 2 stock wheels to Phoenix for $65 delivered. It looks like it'll cost about $13 per wheel to ship there.

I don't want to sell just 2 of the Hoosiers and have one left over. I'll sell all 3 of them together or find a friend who will take them in trade or something.

How are the rims, are they nice or tired?

Do you have a better pic of them on your Formula?

His rims are in good shape, I bought 2 of his rims off of him and he is a good guy to do business with. His prices are cheap and I would buy the Rikens but I don't have the money due to high tuition costs of school.

Call me please and let me know what you want for just the regular tires(not the hoosiers). I need all 4 if you could seperate them from the rims. How much tread left also.

You can email me at joewehrwein@hotmail.com

or call 989-277-4882.

I can pick up.

Pro Stock John,

If you're talking about my stock wheels, they're in very good shape. I did sell jp2002ls1 2 of them a few days ago. I still have the locking lug nuts, and plastic covers if you want them.

If you're talking about the Rikens, they're also in very good shape. The centercaps are not in the picture on my web site, but they're being mailed to me from the previous owner. He finally found them after 2 years.

Let me know which wheels you want better pictures of and I'll email you what you want. I have a few pictures.

Everyone else,

All of you should have responses to emails to me, and any posts on this site. Let me know if you have any more questions. Help me out, and take these wheels and tires off my hands so I can get some 17" tires and finally put on these C5 brakes.

jp2002ls1, thanks for the kind words, and I'll see you at the Corvette Club autocross on Sunday.

Update:

OK, Hoosiers are going to be picked up tonight. I have someone interested in the Bridgestone tires. No firm takers on the Rikens or stock wheels.

Everything is now spoken for. Thanks for all the responses guys. If any of the deals fall through, I'll post again in this thread.

Man, I can't wait to get these brakes on the car.
