Hit the Trailblazer front bumper against ice patch last winter, knocked the bottom out (all plastic).

I got a new bumper, it's already painted another color, just wondering how much would a shop charge to stripe, prime, and repaint the new bumper? Also does anyone have a good recommendation on a shop? I know I can take it to nearly any auto repair, but I'd prefer to pick someone people have dealt with and had a good experience with.
