The track times were 6pm to 9pm last time out and it actually ran a little past 9pm. This time out it is 7pm until 10pm. Congrats on your PB and hopefully you'll beat that this time out. I'm looking for some times myself.

Question

I would like to go to this as I haven't drag raced before and would like to see what my Corvette will do. Do I need to sign up somewhere or just show up? What is the cost? Thanks.

Cost is $30 per car, and all you have to do is show up.

Tell them you read about it off CamaroZ28.com...

See you there.

I will probably be there...and once I hit my 13.5 goal (just looking for one tenth from the catback) I might have someone with a white 95 borrowing some drag radials ;-)

LMAO...I guess white 95 wasn't specific enough...how about white 95 with owner who's name on here is eddie95Z28? Can't be too many of those out there ;-)...Off the topic...I just put on the new tb plate I bought off ebay for only 10 bucks...I'll post the name if anyone else wants to know how to get one...Polished aluminum and mine says, "5.7 LT1" Looks very nice and hell beats paying 30-50+ from mba or whoever.

Ltlhomer, please post the ebay name and/or contact info of the guy with those $10 TB plate covers, sounds like a deal to me Also, my car won't be ready to run tonight, but I just might call a few buddies and come out to watch. This thing is still a go for tonight, right?

That should show a pic of what the one I got looked like. Doesn't come with the polished bolts though but you can probably find some cheap...

Thumbs up

Thanks to everyone from the Camaro club for the event last night. I had a great time for my first time drag racing. Ended up with a best of 13.391 @ 104.41. Now I just need some better tires for next time.
