Anyone seen some for sale used?
I do not need the mount brackets with them, I'll be making my own.
Thanks in advance for any info

Hey Jeff, how's it going. How much are you looking to spend and how soon do you need them? I know someone that might have an extra set.

If you have a LTCC you will need the Denso coil as there are three diffrent suppliers of coils all with diffrent plugs.

I posted a want ad on LS1tech.com. I got a set bought for $115 shipped.

I also got lots of people wanting to sell them to me for $2-300.

I'll keep an eye out for some.

That's the first I've heard of that. Any more info? My coils are off a 2002 LS1. <edit> And my LTCC isn't here yet, so I guess I don't know for sure if they'll fit. Bob Bailey didn't mention anything in our numerous emails, nor have I heard anything about it from Arnie, or Dave Wendland

Like I said in a earlier post 3 diffrent coils suppliers, the main plug (1) that ties them into the Ls1 wiring harness is all the same, but when using the LTCC you must use a Denso specific coils because this is the end that the supplied wiring harness(Ltcc) comes with. Hopes this clears it up.

Would the ones off a 5.3 truck work for you? It's an LS1, so I assume they are the same.

Kevin, I just recived this from Bob:
"Any coil pack from a 1998~2002 LS1 Vette, LS1 f-body or the 8.1 liter truck motor will work fine and those are made by Denso and all carry the same D580 part number from the AC Delco part line.
Heres a link with info, http://www.geocities.com/reilym/LTCC/

James, what up dog
I'll go $150 tops. Let me know, cash in hand.

Hey, Jeff. How is going. Shoot me an e-mail when you get a chance. Right now I don't have a phone for you to call me, but I have access to a phone to call you back. How soon are you looking to get them? Let me know.

Harold, supposedly only the 8.1 litre truck coil packs will work.
