yeah I dont care for what they did to the back half at all. but the performance stuff is badass for sure.
however, if we take up a pool, we can all buy it, and take turns driving it. I got $5 to throw in. anyone else? lol.

$5 would be enough to sit in the car for 2 minutes and maybe give it a quick 1 second rev, unless of course you reached its 7200rpm rev limit and blew the motor.
I think its ugly and it isn't a top of the line performance car. For $1 million I would expect Buggati (SP?) performance. Just think of what some of us on the board would build if we had $100k
For $1 million it better come with 2 chicks (at once of course).

Nice car, but I'd rather have a yellow Z06, a Ford GT, and $800,000 left over to pay for maintenance, race tires, a two-car trailer, and 52 track days per year at racetracks all around America.

Hey, if it's not worth $1M then bidding will not bring in $1M. If bidding does bring in over $1M, then it'll be considered worth $1M. It only has to be worth that much to just one buyer and then it's a done deal. Dont begrudge someone their asking price just because it's high.
I wish them well in their pursuit and certainly wont call them greedy bastards, as I try to always sell my OWN stuff for as much as the market will bear for a timely sale, as do most people. The only difference is that I dont care if I get a reputation for selling cheap stuff.
The folks that built this car have another interest here: They are attempting to add future value to their name by selling the car for as much as possible. If they get $1M, they can capitalize on that sales history for future project sales, thus driving up the profit margin. Wouldn't YOU like to make $125,000 a year? So do those eight or ten builders who put in so many hours in fabricating that Camaro.
