Arrow Hats off to some CREW CHIEFS at Z28 Nats. PLUS More awards.

Winner: KEVIN G. for his work on helping AT LEAST 2 cars,
Derty's and Tanners. I don't know what Crew Chiefs make in NASCAR, but you were worth 10% of what they make this weekend.!

Runner-up: HOT ROD HAWK for trying to get his beast down the track using ALL 8 cylinders. Then at the end of the day Sunday, he hooks up his laptop to Redbird and gets some info and gives me an idea why Redturd was running all over the place, ET wise.

It should be noted that BOTH these guys would much rather have been RACING! BY... provided their services just to be involved!
Men amongst men (and a few ladies too).

I would also like to award the ALARM CLOCK AWARD to TWO gentlemen: Tanner first place, Rick second place. When these two squared off and the pro tree activated, nether moved, for 3+ seconds. I don't know if that is a world record or no, BUT CLOSE!
Pro/Stock racing seems not to be in your future. The CROWD was yelling for you guyz to GO!

Most EROTIC AWARD goes to: ALL the girls who gave this old fella a hug! Danm it's nice to feel young, pert bre*st!!
Did you girls feel anything back??? I didn't think so.

FOOD AWARD: Al and Chris and all whom made the weekend a little nicer with snacks and sandwhiches. The tent cover worked good too. NEXT YEAR you freeloading bastages better bring sumpin' to the meal or WATCH US EAT!

Thanks again Jason and Chris for a very nice weekend of meeting new/old friends! And... thanx to everybody for coming.

HInk (the stripped racer)

Correction, I crew chiefed my own car with some assistance from Taner on the launches. Kevin was only over at my car stealing ideas. No matter, 10% of zero is still zero. So are you saying that Kevin is worthless?

HInk,
Derty's right I was only stealing idea's....the second car was Birdie
2000's s/c'd Firebired.

I am honored to be recognized by a veteran of your distinction.

However,
I would like to pass my award to Hotrod Hawk for the assistance
he gave me trying to sort my car out. Thanks Jeff. I'll keep
you posted with my progress.

Couple more awards.....

Best car chicks...
Jen and Val for years running.

Best Dork sunburn...
Dave D for the forehead hat burn. Classic.

Most Nuts....
This ones a tie...
Mike Bunnell for running his beautiful 32 or 34 show car down the track at least a dozen times.
And the guy driving the Taurus, what the hell was he thinking?

Thanks to everyone for making this a memorable weekend.
Kevin

Only when it's pulled on a trailer. Hink, you showed us some crazy trailer loading skills this weekend. I thought you were going to crush half your crew guiding you on it. You know you are supposed to hook the truck to the trailer first, right? A set of Rhino ramps goes a long way to get the trailer down in the back to load it up.

Timberwolf,
You get the award for.....
Most likely to rip off a exhaust system running over a bottle cap

Tuck those pipes up bud!

Pass side is ok, driver's side is about 1.5 inches lower and the turnout is angled up. I will probably take it to the exhaust shop (since they did it) as soon as I can find the damn ignition short so the car will run again!

Yes, THANK YOU KEVIN and TANER for your help with my car the weekend. It is most appreciated. Also to Derty for lending me the occasional tool, the guy with the older frame-twisting black f-bod for lending me the jumper cables (don't ask), and Silverstreak and the other guy that assisted in getting my car onto the trailer. The crowd there this weekend was one hell of a group of guys.

Also, Kevin, my dad's roadster is a 29, and yes he is near insane for running it. He actually plans on doing it again if M8 comes into existance.
