Friday night at US131 T&T

Anyone want to go? If I can beg borrow or steal a laptop from somewhere I want to get this car straightened out and see what it does as a "before" set of numbers to gauge my mods from...

I'll try to make it. I'm still fighting my programming issues. If I do actually get to start tuning my car this week, I can say I will be at some racetrack this weekend.

I want to go, but I dont get the engine back till Wednesday night after work. I would be cutting it close to make it. If I do, I have the laptop setup you can use. I would have had the engine Tuesday if I would have remembered to get a pickup tube along with the pan. Canton is overnighting one to me for tomorrow. DOH

I am thinking about it.

Won't have the nitrous finished by then, just have to mount the solenoids, change the air intake tube, and do most of the wiring. Gotta find some cool little switches to fit under the ashtray cover.

I'll try to be there. Never been to US131(or raced at any dragstrip) before. I'd like to see what my car can do.

Be sure and post how you do. That slick black machine will at least look good too.

Ok, I burned a 24# bin and it runs better. Still needs tuning but I am real close to being 128 all the way around. Now for the WOT stuff

When I get my car back together in a few weeks I will be a regular fixture there. I finished building the shortblock and am waiting to get my heads back from the machine shop and the head bolt reducers from Carolina Mustang.

well, I need to dig up a laptop and put some time in this week or friday will be a waste of time and money. The program has to be screwy or something.

I pulled about 200+ pounds out of the car this week, put in an MSD coil, and the car seems SLOWER than before. a LOT slower. Makes no sense...I didn't do anything that should have a negative effect on power.

I have my cable now, but no laptop. I was gonna use my dad's but his display went out...
