Final info on woodward.
OK-
Sorry it took so long to post. We are getting the southmost half of the lot. 75 spots to be precise. the ones in yellow are the owners spots. im gojng to try and get them over on the other side.
i will not take up a front row spot with the MM bang bus. the spots will ne assigned as you all payed. case is first, them sparky, ect. it is going to around 65 a spot.
We are getting this price after weeks of back and forth bargining.
They are providing: a fence, porta pottys, and people to man the gates.
For the discount price i do need 2-3 voulinteers for thursday and friday night. They need to recoup some of the money that they are giving up with our spots. Thusrday and friday, it will be 10 bucks each night to park for anybody that comes by. That will also get you a free raffle ticket for the harley they are raffling off.
WE have the lot from 11 pm friday till 10 pm saturday.
There is still 50 spots left.

Brian, you have done such an awesome job with this. I can't even imagine the work you have put into getting this lot.
Can you tell me where it is exactly so I can go scout out the area and get an idea where I can park my beater car so I can hang out over there with you all.

Its on the corner of 13 1/2 and woodward. 13 1/2 is also called normandy.

Haven't had much time for the ride this year. My son has had it out quite a bit though. I plan on trying to get to the woodward cruise and a few others but this summer has just been so busy. I changed my e-mail and lost my password so I had to start again alas a junior memeber with over 500 posts. I just have not seen where anyone is meeting so I haven't been out. I have done nothing to the car and I need to make a decision as to what to do next if anything. Take care see ya soon.

This will be one of the best viewing/hang'n out locations along the route
Oh by the way, Della Woods normally has her nitro funny car directly across the street from the lot at the juke box store.
Wonder if she'll be there this year???
The smell of nitro and the crack from the zommies on woodward will leave ya a big smile on your face when they fire it up thru out the day!
