is this all you need to install them? or is there extra's to buy? the timing sucks, but Ive always REALLY wanted to do this.

Shocks have the adjustable **** on them. Go all the way back counterclockwise and count the clicks. 1 or 2 for drag racing and 11 or 12 for running a road course. Spring rate is 315. Dont know what all is involved to install, but they do come with instructions.
