Chris J has passed on
Not what I wanted to hear. I only met him a few times, I can only hope that we don't forget him and how much he helped out everyone he met. He was definatly someone that we should try to emulate in he attitude towards fellow enthusists(sp?) no matter if you were a long time friend or he had just met you.
Would someone make this a sticky??

Did you notice that when talking to Chris, that he didn't dwell on his illness, and he fought to maintain a normal life as long as possible?
Very, very dignified person and I respected him a lot.

Very Sad News to say the least.....
Our Prayers are with Chris and his family
I think of Chris everytime I pop my hood, he did a AWESOME job on my lingenfelter intake, and that was while he was battling his illness, a strong man is an understatement.
Prayers...

Anyone thought of doing a Chris Jackson Memorial event at a local race track? Take any profits received from the event to help cover any residual medical expenses his family might have to cover?
Just a thought.

I hope his passing was peaceful, I know he was in hospice...
The muscle car world in Michigan has just suffered a loss...
Sympathies to his family, but at least he's not fighting the cancer anymore.

Donna Theriot sent me a very nice image of Chris. I cleaned it up a bit and resized it (it was very large and a bit grainy) and made is easy to download at just a little over 100k.

You can tell by the look on his face what kind of person he was.

Is there an address that we can send flowers, letters, donations to? I used to have his address around here but its long gone now. It would probably warm his wife's (Judy?) heart to see a pile of flowers and letters show up at the front door.
