About 2 hours ago she was rushed to the hospital of a heart attack. Her heart stopped beating a total of 5 times and all times they succesfully got it goin again. They were hoping to get her stable enough to move her to a larger more capable hospital (she lives in a small town about 3 hours nnw of detroit).

I guess after all that she just couldnt hold on.

Dave, I'm so sorry to read of your loss! Dealing with the departure of a loved one is never easy, whether it happens quickly and unexpectedly or slowly over a long period of time. Give yourself plenty of time to work through your feelings and also the right to feel how you feel. There is no right or wrong thing to feel, it's all part of a process you must work through. You can console yourself with the fact that she went quickly and probably did not have much, if any, pain. I pray that she is in a wonderful place now and that you and your family will have the strength to make it through the coming weeks and months.
