Everyone in waterford / White lake Township......

Willams lake RD @ M-59 will be shut down in the next few weeks for a very long time due to a add-on to W.L.R...they will be extending The Oakland Airport eather W.L.R or Airport Rd will be put under ground...

I just though i might give people a heads up if people go out for a ride.....

No word on when the part of W.L.R will be shut down and how fare back it will be shut down...

Well, it's a good thing I don't go to Waterford for much anymore. I remember the last time they worked on M-59 in that area. Traffic backups for miles.

 

traffic on dixie already sucks in the morning and evening, i cant imagine all the added traffic from this

 

this will be shut down north of M59 right? that sucks though. are they makin a bigger runway? or just adding more hangers? I like the fact that is only for small planes now, but if they make the runway bigger, then bigger planes can/will come in and make more noise. ohwell, gotta deal with it I guess.
