anyone feel like meeting up friday night on woodward?
just goin to go cruising fri night, the usual woodward areas. havent been out in a long time doin any car activities.
my car has been apart on my hoist for 5 FRICKEN YEARS, so Im excited to hit the road again. my car is still technically in hybernation, but it is goin back together currently. hopeing to have it running in next couple weeks or so. but I got alot of side work thats goin to maybe delay it actually being finished.
it'll be a detuned state, as my 383 is goin to make it into the Iroc some day. it'll be full boltons still, but stock cam and mildly ported iron heads, 2800 slp stall, 3:42s, so it wont be an 11 sec car but Im hoping to hit mid 12's with the stock cam. then when I get time I'll slap in a mild cam to make it a little more fun.
anyone got a cheap used mild LT1 cam??????? lol

Hey Chris - a bunch of us from Michigan FBody hang out at Auto Europe (now a Ducati dealership) where Adams meets Woodward, about half a mile north of 14 Mile Rd. If you see us out there, feel free to stop in and say hi.

Chris i might have a cam and matching valve springs for ya.. i will check later or tomorrow..... We might be out tonight and sometimes we hang out at the Buddies pizza..........look for my truck or LS Mustang..

tim, try to make it. haven't seen ya in a long time. and lmk bout the cam/springs. for the right deal Id def. blow the front of the motor back off to slide in the cam/springs.
and the intake, damn all these cam swaps in LS engines got me spoiled.
that mustang looks awesome. would love to check it out. me and a friend will have to swing by sometime if we don't

Im def. a gmmg fanboy now.

I thought i had my old lt4 hot cam but i must have scrapped it when i moved...sorry.......you should have seen all the lt1 parts i scrapped........i do have a lt1 flex plate you can have.....do you still need one ???
