1987 Ford Taurus, 64K miles, $750
for those of you who saw this on motown with 45K on it... I was going by what my sister told me. Apparently she confuses 4's and 6's. I corrected myself on that board, and here we go on here:
1987 Ford Taurus, 64K original miles. Car was purchased new by my grandmother in late 1986. Fully loaded with power everything, leather seats, premium 1987 stereo power windows, locks, ac, etc. My grandmother drove the car for several years, and then it was parked for a few years, and started/ran periodically. My sister was given the car by my grandmother a few years ago, and at that time the car received new calipers, brakes, a full tune up, and some other odds and ends. Since then it has had a brand new starter, solenoid, and alternator installed, along with new trans lines. The car was in a minor front end collision a few years back, with no structural damage. The hood, grill, and front bumper were replaced. Overall the car is in pretty good shape but it is beginning to rust in the typical mid 80's taurus spots. The car has been very reliable, and would make a good commuter for someone. It also has a brand new battery I just put in there on 4-19. The car belongs to my sister, but I can answer pretty much any question you have about it. PM me if interested, or reply here. Thanks!
Here's some pics:

Also, the sensor that turns the radiator fans on is broken, and my sisters boyfriend, in his infinite car wisdom, put a switch inside the car to turn the fans on and off manually rather than replace the thing. It's like a $10 sensor and I would expect anyone who posts on this board should be able to fix it in about half an hour. Oh, the tires are in great shape as well, the passenger rear looks low but I checked it and it's just sitting on the curb funny.
