i don't see how they could just pull you over on sight. Or for that matter tow your car for no reason. If this officer told you that he was ordered to do so then that is a note you should make. If the LT is telling people this I would also talk to the CPT. Discrimination can be from many angles.

I agree too many smucks think they can drive and do stupid things. Most of the people on these boards can't be too judgmental of racing though. I do not reconize anyone at that board but yourself, just a quick scan to see what was going on.

You can file complaints with the department, maybe harassment would fit in this case. If it happens again ask for a badge number and name of the officer so you have that as a reference. Also if he is using his audio have him ensure he has it on. This way the comments will be on tape, if they do the same as here the tapes are stored in the lock box of the trunk of his car and only supervisors can get to them; which ironically would probably be the LT who told him to pull you over.

It worries me to think I may be driving to my GFs or something and be harassed. That is not right. If they do something to me or my truck they better have a good damn reason or the **** will hit the fan. I work at the Airport so I am in the area for going to work and such. I don't know the area well so I am not there long, but if they are aiming for people then who knows.
