Footbrake is a term used for non electronic drag racing, no button to launch the car. Basically you hold the car on the line with you left foot on the brake then bring the rpms up with your right foot on the gas. When it's go time you launch the car by lifting off the brake pedal while hitting the gas.

Had a great time and it was nice to see everybody again. I would of had a better time if I didn't self destruct and go red. Congrats to the winners for a job well done. Hope to see ya all again at Island. Thanks to Tim and Justin for putting the whole thing togeter.

ah i had everything hooked up for the most part then so many ppl talked me out of it, so i just went out and bought some Jethot LT's for my car..funny thing is, i bought the LT's off a dude on LS1tech. He said they had very low miles on them. He parted out a 94 Z with a with a blown up 383..here Pete (wildthing94z) sold the car to this dude in Texas, and that dude parted out the car..so i got the exact LT's off Pete's car...small world if u ask me.

yup, im the new owner. i was waiting to change my spark plugs before putting it in, did them yesterday, now i just have to let my hands heal before putting it in.
still need to pick up a few things for it also.

 

What plugs did u go with?

 

i ordered NGK tr55's, but halfway through putting them in, i looked and saw that they said tr6. so one of the two.

 

i would run the TR6's

 

yeah, i think either work. the plugs said "tr6" on them, so im assuming thats what they are.
