Re: East Coast Nats Bracket Rules

Sad but I only have a drivers seat and no carpet. Guess I'm out. Kinda confused on the 2 seat and carpet rule 'cause its bracket racing. I can see different classes based on street radial, drag radial, and "stickey" tires. I do have a the stock dash, mufflers, and factory glass. I'm not modified enough to go head up either. Oh well.

Re: East Coast Nats Bracket Rules

the interior rules are something that i was told about a long time ago. a lot of people who only participate in special events like this aren't around teh track and race cars all that often. so if they here a class allows cars to be gutted, even a little bit, tehy start to assume it is a class for built up race cars more than full interior street cars liek theirs may be.
it is one of those rules that has to be thrown in to encourage a greater number of people to participate. it sucks that it eliminates some people, but it creates more participatiuon than it restricts.(i hope that made some kind of sense)
we are going to take a look at the layout of the lanes and approximate car count, so there is a shot you could still hti runs in teh test and tuen lanes if you want. if not i hope you will make teh drive down to see it all at least. this is looking liek it will be waayyyy bigger and better layed out than any of the old events were. it is nice to have teh backing of a club teh size of a state when planning these things
