Central PA guys.
I'm looking to get my side windows retinted. Anyone know of any reputable shops in the Harrisburg area? I'm willing to travel to Lancaster or York also to get it done.

Go an extra 1/2 hr from Lancaster to Reading. There is a shop there. If you will go that far I'll get the name and the number for you.

You'll likely get his machine. Just leave a message and he'll call you back in a few days at most. You can ask him the price but I know three people who have gone there; one asked price over phone and paid $200 for three and the other two asked when dropping it off and were told $180 CASH. Just a tip that may work. This was about two years ago so prices or policies may have changed. It's ONE guy that works out of a SMALL garage but does PERFECT work. It's in a good section of West Reading so extra clips are only optional.
Why only the two front ones?

Tints are only illegal on the sides in NY.
I looked into the PA law about window tinting and it leaves a lot more open to interpretation than the NY law. I'm in PA nine months out of the year, so I want to get the windows tinted again.
Thanks for the info.
Are you at all worried about the possible slight variations in shade or color? I would ask him what he thinks about the match. The cost to do the rear wouldn't be that bad but getting the old off will be timely or costly or both. If it's fairly new or even the same company you might get a pretty good match. What % do you have on the back and want for the sides?

I have 35% on the back window now. I got the tint about a year and a half ago. The back tint is black. It's not like it has started to fade or anything.

I can understand why you don't want to remove the back tint. Did you call him? I did today and of course I got his machine. Just curious what he is charging now?
