I am so happy! That was my third time ever going to a track, and my first experience with dial-ins and elimination. I didn't expect to get through the first round, but i actually won the entire competition! I am still in shock, that was the biggest suprise ever! I was in the final race against 12secondV6, and truthfully, if he didn't break out, he def would have won. I still can't believe i actually won a semi-major competion! Too bad there was no money prize, but i did win a big trophy!

I was there.. lost first round also [first time I lost a first rd ]
Got there a bit late, one TT only[lot of wheel spin at line.. more than usual at RP],lost first rd by .07 sec...

Kazman, i saw you're car there. Me and my friend were just gawking at it the whole time. That color is absolutely amazing! That was the first time i saw Mystic Teal in person, i had no idea the color shifting was so noticeable! Too bad they didn't make LS1's in that color too! Mystic Teal

 

thanks Mtrhds94Z, that is me. The first pic was me eliminating my friends 3.4 camaro, that one was mad close. The second was my Bye run (20.6 at 70mph)!

 

I was there too. I made it to the second round and got a trophy but then I got eliminated by Dave. That was a fun day, except for the fact that my car was running 4 tenths slower than last week.

 

nice job.i was there in the afternoon but they let us in towards the end and i heard them announcing to bring over the winning car.i looked around i saw you and your car.nice job and nice car.

Hey Dave, yup it was close!!!
I should have let off, but of well.
We had fun right!!

I damaged the rear on my bye run in the 7th.
The 8th and 9th passes sealed its death.

I limped home and I have already found a replacement rear.

Sigh, then I'll be back to spraying!!!

 

12secondV6 is a crappy driver...
