    Alex, Sorry I didn't see this message until today. I haven't been online much. The shims did solve my problem. I did replace the clips since they were cheap but I reused the axles. No problems since. I think the new rotos may have been a little out of spec from the OEM and the shims corrected it. Sorry for the delayed response. Jeff

    Did you ever get down to the problem? Did you find your c clips out of spec/damaged?
    Thanks man, I know its a pain and an old thread, but im in a spot could use some help.
