will i smog with these mods??
Heres what i want to do
LT4 cam kit
Hooker Long tubes with dual cats
reprgramed PCM
I know technically all long tubes are smog illegal in CA, but i figure if it passes at the tailpipe and has dual cats they'll let me go.
Also how much RWHP would you expect with these mods?

Well, with the longtubes, it all depends on how nice the inspectors are. If they are by the book, then they will fail you on the spot. If you run across one that only care about the sniffer, then you will be okay. You should have no problem with Hot Cam and the reprogram.

Exactly, in Cali for both women and cars.... looks come first and passing the sniffer test second. Most, and I mean most, places will not let you touch the garage floor if the cats have been relocated regardless of how it sniffs.
However, if you go into rural parts of the state... you'll get a better chance to pass visual.
Hot Cam can pass. I have heard many good things from www.pcmforless.com and his Hot Cam programs.
