i have a 94 z-28 ,will the alum. driveshaft on the newer cars 99 up fit my lt-1 car?

you dont have to change anything. they bolt right up.

lighter for quicker rev also stronger

A driveshaft will not make your engine rev any quicker, the stock one will save a few pounds, but I doubt its stronger than its steel counterpart. However the 1LE aluminum driveshaft is a different story.
