it's a 383 stroker, but i dont know if it's the same as what is everybody using.......well, it is pretty darn cheap....so please give me some info, like, will i pass emission with this engine?? is it legal if i put this engine in my car?? 440 HP, should be enough for me... ....thanks

Looks to me like it is not an LT-1. In other words, it will fit, but it isn't setup the same way as the 93+ versions. The motor in the auction is set up for carbs, not fuel injection, so it would require significantly more work to integrate into a newer vehicle.

You may want to do a bit more research before spending your cash.

My suspicion is putting an older engine in a newer car may not pass your state inspection (just a hunch), and probably emission testing isn't something you want to experience...
