does anyone make a 3" cable operated exhaust cutout??

does anyone make a 3" cable operated exhaust cutout??
All I've found was a mr. gasket 2"

I don't know if you were the one that asked this last week, but my exhaust guy takes off more of those than he puts on. He says they rattle all the time, and will never seal.

yeah, i was the one who asked last week....i emailed a bunch of places and nobody makes 3inchers from what ive seen....so i decided on buying a regular wingnut one now, and upgrading to the electric later on
