Where to buy a replacement FOG LIGHT

A rock hit my drivers side fog light and cracked the casing and light. The dealer wants $103 for the enclosed casing including the light! Is there somewhere else I can buy the part at for cheaper? Thanks

you can some aftermarket lights that fit in nice, look very close to being OEM and are much brighter. see here

The price is only $38 at most auto parts stores and I even saw them at walmart. There are some made by pilot that are the same but with out the remote so they cost a little less. These lights have a 55watt bulb and I used the stock wiring and have no problems.

Try Ebay. I would think they would have one.

That's what I would suggest (especially since I took the time to write it up )
They beat the heck out of stock, put off a nice bright white light, and cost less than $45 to install. The bulbs don't blow near as often as my stockers either.

I tried WALMART, AUTOZONE, and GM Part Recylclers, I still cant find the drivers side fog light assembly. You guys who got it at autozone or walmart, do you have a part# or anything? Keep in mind i need the whole assembly, not just the light, i need the sealed casing and the light. I would get the aftermarket lights from pilot automotive, but I like the looks of the ones I have now.

Just wondering what the purpose of the remote was. Do you ever actually use it?

I didn't use the remote, I hooked it up using the existing wiring. The remote thing seemed dumb to me and I would have probably left them on and drained the battery. The purpose of it was so you could have the lights with out having to run wire through the firewall and mount a switch on the dash.

I put those Pilot driving lights on, did the wiring mod to make them stay on with high beams and replaced all 4 headlights with the Sylvania Silver Stars in the same day. The difference is amazing, especially on the back roads with all 6 lights on. The best part is only cost about $110 for everything and then about 2 hours in my garage. I turned all the low beam head lights up just a bit and then the high beams up a little more (but not shining into the trees). I can see all the deer along the roads now. It also solves the problem of those jerks that won't turn off thier high beams at night even after you flash them, I just turn all 6 six on and immediately they go to dims.
