...hummm, very interesting ;) but why don't people do this instead of the LT4 K.M??? Is there any downside??? Thanks Bill....

Well you can make it overly less sensitive which would lead to not reading a true knock event and your computer not adjusting.

Some folks want the extra reassurance of not taking the chance with doing something as potentially "iffy" as this. I on the other hand have done it and haven't had any problems to speak of.
