Thats a BROAD question...you mean right off the factory floor stock, original intake, exhaust etc... no free mods or anything? OR do you mean stock bottom end, but with heads, cam or both.

How about having both, a completely stock (off showroom floor) and fastest with bolt on mods (no internal modifications what so ever )

13.6 @ 102 at Houston Raceway Park in October of 1997. Car was completely stock all the way down to the BFG Comp T/A tires.
Ran a mess of 13.7's hot lapping on that same day.

The best I've heard was a 13.5 @ 103.

Its been awhile, i think it was a 95 firehawk
