Whats the easiest way to get lifters out of a LT1?

Whats the easiest way to get lifters out of a LT1?
I'm swapping cams again, but always have a little trouble with the lifters. Give me some tips/tricks to make it easier. Thanks

They are always alittle tricky, just because your trying to grip the smooth, oily sides.
What works well is a magnet.
If your having trouble removing them because they are actually getting stuck, you may have bigger problems.

If they are harder than that ya better get a new set,'cause the ears are flaired out or cracked and ya could loose a roller.

They aren't stuck or wasn't 5,000 miles ago, but they were so slick it made them a pita to grip them. I'm going to use a magnet this time. Thanks fellas.
