between a 93' lt1 and say a 95. i know the optispark became vented and something is different on the cam but what does this mean? for me to run a vented opti on a 93 motor what would have to be done for it to work right, any help would be great.

 

There have been a few threads about this I believe. I know the timing cover needs to be changed, and the dowel in the cam needs to be either replaced for the right length or pulled out? One or the other. Other than that I think its the same.
