Question whats better for racing, A4, or M6?why?

Ive heard most people say its better to race with a Manual tranny vs. the Auto, but Ive heard the guys on Hot Rod TV (how much there info is worth) talk about how auto's can be better. Ive personally driven both and its a hell of alot easier with my A4, because I never miss a shift, and I have the Performance Trans pkg., which takes the shifts up to redline. Someone give me some reasons either way.

A4 is better for bracket racing. More consistent times.

drag racing..hands down an auto. can be made faster for cheaper

Street racing...usually a manual has the advantage..from a role a manual is the way to go.

I drag race a manual..call me stubborn. One day at the track. 11.06, 11.03, 11.08, 11.09, 11.08, 11.09

Yeah, stick a stall on an auto and there ya go. It's most likely gonna kill the M6 off of the line at that point.

However,

M6 drivers can DRIVE. They don't just push the gas and steer!!

Just kidding guys, if I ever get serious about any of my cars, for racing at least, an auto will probably go in. Nahhhhhh.

M6 hands down....of course for me racing isn't done in a straight line... . Those that just use their brakes and steering wheel for turning down the return road will want an auto.

I say A4's alot better, but make sure if your racing a manual make it from a complete stop and not a roll
