I have a 1996 M6 and I think there was an option for a 'performance' rear gear ration (that may have been just for the A4 guys, cant remember). Was it 3.42 or 3.23? It's also 7.5" as well right?

Im ordering a T2R and wanted to know what to ask for. I did search but everyone asks what to change to, no one mentions stock

3.42s, to the best of my knowledge only the autos had the option on gears. all M6s from 94+ were 3.42. Later.

 

342's are stock for the 6sp cars. The A4's came with 273's or 323's.
