With the mods in my sig., what should I do next? I plan on getting a Lt4 Hotcam kit with Comp R lifters as soon as I decide to rebuild the motor. I'm still deciding if I want to go with the Hotcam when I install the kit, or go with the CC305. It will be awhile before I do this because I'm in college rightnow and I just don't have the cash. Any other mods you can suggest?

 

There are several questions to ask. What are your goals and how much $$ do you have. My opinion would to be to stay away from the hot cam. Check out one of Lloyd Elliot's packages.

Some suspension mods are fun. I did alot of suspension mods this summer and it makes the car lots more fun. Also looks like you need some headders too.

 

Don't really have that much money rightnow, these are just future plans. I was thinking headers would be a good choice, how do you like your Jethots? Also, do you have a link to show any of the Lloyd Elliot packages?

I think headers will be my next choice. Already have a 2800 stall, just haven't put it in yet. Another question, will the LE1 package be ok for everyday?

 

LE1 cam is advertized to be similar to the hotcam and cc305 in drivability, so yes it is ok for everyday use.

 

Oh yea, great for everyday, its my next plan. Figure 370-390 rwhp with supporting mods. LT's being one of them.
