Well got the top end torn off the car and here is what i found. Some light piston valve clearence issues? The valves look perfect but here is the damage I found really light damage can feel it with ur nail though.

 

just because the valves look good at the head (combustion side) doesnt mean that the stem/shaft isnt bent...check that area as well

 

What cam are you running? must be big to cause this, have you checked PVC when installing that cam?

 

cam is a 224/236 114LSA

 

Anyone else have any idears?
