I've looked and they dont seem to match any of the camaro #'s I've seen. Or even come close for that matter.

Most likely 643.. if the casting #'s are dirty it's hard to identify the #'s properly.

 

I am 100% absolutlely positive those are the #'s. The heads are perfectly clean. The thing only has 16K origional miles on it. I checked the #'s each 2 to 3 times to be sure. I think I have factory reject heads ... Is the 5005 and 5003 #'s normal? I have been able to turn up absolutly nothing. And I am 100% positive of the #'s I posted. Its so weird.

 

When I get home, Ill pull the drivers side cover to make sure again, but I am like 99.999% positive. Well, at least that they are not 643's. I need to know if the 5003 & 5005 #'s are normal though.

This is what the numbers, absolutley, without any doubt, are on the drivers side:

I checked that last number about 10 times now to be sure, it definatly is an 8, not a 3. I even layed paper over it and shaded with a pencil to get a clean outline. It still looks like an 8, and definatly not a 3 ...

And the passanger side, is:

I know what I seen, as the heads are so clean they look like brand new. There was no oil, no sludge, no dirt, they were shinny and fresh looking. And it honestly does look like an 8, not a 3... But maybe I am wrong? It wouldnt be the first time.
