what kind of HP and 1/4 times should i have?

3" off road side exhaust with bullet race mufflers
6-speed

Lowered 2"
17x9.5" wheels
8mm spyro pro's and bosch platnum plugs
I have not yet programmed the computer. And i still have my LT1 KM and KS.
what should i be looking at?
what kind of differance will the NOS LT1 kit for 100-150 Boost make? like kind of time will i shave off?

Well, with the car lowered 2" and no mention of suspension mods, your suspensions' geometry is being thrown off. This translates into crappy traction. I'd say that you'd probably be about a 13.2-13.4@103-106. Just my two cents.
Well, with a 2" drop on your car, this is out of whack:
Lower Control Arms
Panhard rod
Torque Arm
The lower control arms will need relocation brackets to point them towards the ground again, instead of the more horizontal angle they are now since you lowered the car. Might at well opt to get new better lower control arms while you're at it. This will really help out.
The Panhard bar is what locates the rear side to side. A double adjustable one will be your best bet.
As for the torque arm, I'm pretty sure it's going to be thrown off too. There's quite a few options out there, but most people are good with the stocker, lowered car or not. If you really want to help traction, get a torque arm that lets you adjust pinion angle, and go from there.
Oh, drag radials will help too.
