What does this wire go to?
 

I am trying to figure out what the wire in the picture below goes to. Can anyone shine some light on this one?

That wire goes on a stud above the starter on the block just below where the head meets the block.

Yup that's the one. But I am actually wanting to know where it goes to on the OTHER END ;) It goes from the stud on the block to where?

I believe it's a ground wire to the pcm through one of the 4 pcm connectors.

on a 94/95 it comes from connector A, pin 2 and connector C, pin 32


there is a ground by the igniton coil as well, that grounds connector A, pin 18, and connector D, pin 1

Please follow Shoebox's instructions, I use that site regularly and would suffer greatly if it went away.

But on your question it does go to the PCM, and the car will run like absolute poop if it is not grounded properly.

Whats up shoebox. Actually I didn't remove anything man. I found that pic posted on another forum and I just saved I from there. All I did was add the YELLOW STUFF so take it easy there man, I appreciate your work and it's ashame that someone else didn't and removed whatever it is that your talking about. I only added the YELLOW WRITING as to make things easier to show what I was talking about.

Sorry you're offended by a reminder of board policies. As an indication that your defense (more Judge Judy?) is sincere, how about you remove the link to the photo that Shoebox called you on, and use his, with the copyright.

You seem to feel this is some sort of a joke.... just keep laughing.

it is fine, but the original poster posted a pic from shoeboxes site with the copyright info removed, if you link right to the pic, you are fine(I like to say courtesy of shoebox when I do that as well)
