I used Mr Gasket Copperseal.
Stage 8 locking header bolts, the 1 inchers.
You can extend the O2 wires yourself or get a couple at LS1speed.com for like 17 dollars each.
If you extend them yourself I suggest you solder them.

Here is everything I needed once I put Hooker Longtubes on my 1997 Camaro SS:

Hooker Longtubes
Custom Ypipe
header gaskets
header bolts (I used ARP)
EGR block off plates
Heat tape
universal set of plug wires (I used taylor)
Made-for-you Wire loom set (to run the wires over the valvecovers
PCMforless.com computer tune (to remove the AIR and EGR from PCM
O2 extenders (I just bought the 24inch ones)
blue and red RTV gasket maker from autozone
PB Blaster (this is a penetrating agent to help unseize your stock header bolts)

And I believe that is it. I am sure I am forgetting something, but I will add it to this if I remember.
Oh and don't forget plenty of beer, a buddies help, and all kinds of regular tools.
