What to do first

I am a proud owner of my first 97 Z28 Camaro(WOO-HOO) from a one owner here in Honolulu. It is in unbelieveable shape and am looking to start adding some HP to my baby. Any ideas on where to start. Also I am for replacement 30th seat covers to redo my seats. Anyone know where to look. Thanks. I look forward to all the knowledge in these forums helping me in the future.

Id say start with the basics, intake, exhaust, wheels maybe? its up to you its YOUR car so make it how YOU want it

Headers, makes doing a tune up easier as well. Next do a Cold air kit. If its an auto, do a converter. Those are your best bang for the buck mods. Good luck, and enjoy the new car. Eric L

Wheels do not add performance unless he goes with a smaller wheel/lighter.
While modding it how he wants it is fine, he did come to the right place for "professional backyard advice" lol.

Intake, full exhaust, rear gears, tires to plant the power + suspension such as Lower control arms.

It helps to know what your goals for the car are.

If it's just a weekend toy that you plan on lowering quite a bit, I'd recommend a different exhaust setup than one that's going to purely be a track car.
