I Was thinking about ordering a Madz28 tune, but I only have CAI and bigger tires right now. I most likely won't be doing any huge changes in the future.

Just wondering if the $125 is worth it if I just have CAI and bigger tires? I do have exhaust, but its is a magnflow straight through muffler, its not cat back.

 

I've seen a number of people free up some power on just a tune on a stock engine. From the factory the PCM isn't 'fine tuned'. Every car is different. If you have the extra cash I'd go ahead and get a tune.

 

wait til you have all the basic bolt-ons..then get the tune It will be money better spent to have the A/F ratio adjusted after the headers...plus you get the basic LT1 Edit.

 

Just on my basic bolt-ons car, the tune from Madz28 made a night and day difference. Probably one of the better mods. to spend a 125 dollars on in my opinion.

 

I was pretty surprised how noticable my pcmforless tune was on my then stock car. Its money well spent.
