what can I do to bring the volts up 12.3 I need 13.5

I think you should check the volts first before you keep buying new things and replacing stuff. If your pump isn't getting the correct voltage it won't perform as well. Verify that first. Also a voltage kit simply takes voltage from the alt. to your pump so you don't have the voltage drop through the stock harness.

I think you should check your voltage at the fuel pump before you start rewiring things. That's why I already suggested it TWICE.

A buddy of mine had a prolbem with his battery in the back, and a single positive wire going up to the front. He had to add a second wire from the rear battery to one of the connections up front - I can't remember which one it was. But the problem showed up at high engine loads, when there was not enough power for his high end (8-coil) ignition system and dual fuel pumps.

I'd also be suspicious of running the original black battery ground wire to the post on the fender. That wire carries all the current to the starter. Running it through the small bolt that serves as the common ground on the fender doesn't sound like a good idea.

You never answered my question about whether you used a high-current rated master disconnect switch?

I dont have a dis switch,the ground wire is not on the fender it is grounded to the post and the motor mount.today the volts went up to 13.2 why I dont know but at the track I lost a volt during the pass it was at 12.0 but went right back up after?

i love my racetronix kit! power feeds off the alternator so your getting what a full 13.5 volts.

Were should I put the ground at instead of the post,I checked fuel pump volts it was 12.3?

I think I fixed the problems,I went to the track friday and with a volt booster and my alt went out cheap *** alt so I changed it,and the booster went out tobut I didnt put it back in,because caspers told me to get ac delco instead of a pepboys alt.I put a new alt and caspers fuelpump booster and the volts went to 13.?? I made a wot run and the volts didnt drop so maybe its solved
