Whast the RIGHT part number for 1LE tranny mount or equal stiff/duarable one?
Is the LS exaclty the same as 1LE? why a differnet part numbr and so much less?
I have these two numbers don tknwo what is what
1LE mount 22201140
1LE Transmission Mount (GM p/n 22146231)

22201140 is the new GM number for 22146231 that is no longer available. Though it is now said that the new number is just a plain old mount and nothing special.

The LS1 mount is slightly different, but apparently will bolt up.

Not to hijack your post, but my mount flopped on me like everyone else's...what i would like to know is which mount/part number will work Correctly (heard about poly's being too tall etc...) in a 95 trans am T56? Where can you get the best deal (summit, jegs, gm direct)? Thanks for the help.
