Welds & Backspacing questions

what is the proper backspacing for a 15x10 & 15x3 weld wheel for a 95 Camaro w/ a 27x11.5 tire,i would like the combo to tuck under the fender well,thx for input

15x10 with 7.5" bs.. the 15x3.5 only comes in i b.s. and will need a spacer to clear front brakes.. at least mine did.. you will need to grind the rear calipers also.
