will the Weld Pro-Star XP's fit my 95Z without sticking out too much? I think Jegs shows the backspacing to be 4 1/2 on the 16x8's.....will the bolt pattern even work?

 

4 1/2 on the rear at least will stick out too much.
I run a 15x10 on the rear with 5 1/2 inch BS, these stick out slightly. If you are buying them new then the shop you are getting them from should be able to get the right BS.
I am not completely sure but I think the Weld XPs in 15x10 only come in 5 1/2 BS, don,t know about the 16s.
I really like my 15 inch Weld Pro Stars. No spacers and no grinding, they bolted right up. I do need to go with a larger diameter tire on the front though to increase my ride height.

It was cool meeting you at sonic. Hopefully we can meet up again. Exactly what size tire are you running on the front and what size are your fronts?

 

I had a 15x5 on the front with a 185/65/15 but the diameter is too small. I was looking into Mickey Thompsons but they don.t have one that fits my 5 inch wheel, at least Midwest Motorsports could not get me one. I need a 26 inch diameter to run my Welds on the front. Right now I have my Salad shooter/Potenza setup back on with the 245/50/16s to give me some ground clearance for my LTs. I am gonna check out some dunlops and see if I can get a larger diameter tire on my Welds.
Was cool meeting you up at Sonic, I will probably be there every friday for the rest of the summer.
Heading to the track Wednesday, might bring the car out if I can work out some bugs. Will be there if the car is ready or not.
