What do you want to do to it? Get rid of it entirely? Why would you want to do that?

Since it's just aluminum you can use a hacksaw, sawzall, grinding bits, whatever you want to get rid of it...but I can't imagine why.

Gotha. In that case, low dollar would be hacksaw. If you were really cool then youd get one of those mini-reciprocating saws and use that. Even one of the hand-held dremel tools would work, but it would take forever.

I actually had to sawzall mine b/c it was too long for my Moroso CAI.

Just use a dremel with a carbide bit. You'll have it completely gone in under five munites.
