Vibration under decelleration

I have a 94 A4, and have noticed something strange. If I put the shifter in third to keep the transmission from shifting into overdrive, whenever I let off of the gas, I get a really bad vibration coming through the driveline. I do not notice the vibration if I let off of the gas if the transmission is in Drive, only in third. Is this a symptom of an unbalanced driveshaft? Any ideas or experience would be appreciated, thanks.

I have the same kinda problem, I am looking into a new drive shaft and yokes. I guess our cars have some problems with unbalanced drivetrain items. I did some searching on it and you can try swapping the yokes to a different direction or something like that.
