ok im lookin to install a cc306... or similar cam on my mostly stock lt1, im assuming that im going to need new springs, so what springs are good for this cam with 1.6 roller rockers?, price is a BIG issue with everything, but it needs to also be reliable, also what are some good roller rockers that are going to last? do the rockers just have to fit centerbolt heads or do they have to be lt1 specific? the lifters are making noise anyway so what are some good lt1 lifters? will regular sbc lifters work or are they different? and will the stock pushrods be good or do they need to be replaced? sorry if these questions seem ovious but i dont know much about compatablity between lt1s and gen-1 small blocks. also i read that comp cams makes a cam thats similar to the 306 that has a better profile, what cam is that?
