Should be the line that runs from the PCV valve on the drivers side of the intake manifold. Check the emissions hose routing diagram on the radiator cover panel to verify. That is the connection that supplies the vacuum to pull the crankcase vapors out through the PCV valve.

no not the one going to the PCV it is under that. it started at this lil box looking thing on the passenger side (the vacum pump i guess) and goes under the TB and over the drivers side valve cover below where the PCV one is.

I guess i just have to fix it...

It goes to the EGR,
You can plug it if you've blocked off the EGR.

Sounds like an EVAP line to me.

yeah thats the one shoebox the that goes under th TB and makes a "u turn beside the valve cover"

What does that do and should i replace it

i broke mine too. i just used a rubber vaccuum line end and cut it so i could connect the two broken pieces. plugged it back in and no probs yet.

I was going to suggest that very thing for a cheap fix.

The EVAP system pulls vapors from the gas tank, then burns them with the air and fuel during combustion. If you leave it broken you will likely smell gas fumes and also have a small vacuum leak any time the solenoid is energized. I'll dig up a part number for the plastic hose and edit the diagram to include it.
