Update on Running Lean on Right side

I saw that a few people had this problem. Car showed an ses code for a lean condition and low voltage on passenger side.

It happened to my friend's car and we found out that his header primary had burnt the O2 wire through a wire loom.

Was his car reading lean all of the time? I have developed an issue that is causing my LTerms to hit 108 one the left side and 160 on the right side when I let out of the throttle. I can't remember for sure right off, but I believe my right LTerm stays at 160 at WOT as well(I'm pretty sure it's high, if not 160). I've thought of it possibly being a burnt O2 wire, but haven't had time to check it yet.

When we hooked up an Auto X-ray to his car we saw about 700mV in open loop when he first started the car. As we drove and the car got warmer the mV slowly dropped to 4mV.

You could also smell plastic burning.

So we checked all the wire looms from above and found one that is wrapped in a foil tape from the factory had burnt through.
