Two questions...

Tomorrow I am going to be replacing the waterpump and might as well replace the opti because it is soaked too. I think I can get all dealer items at cost through my work.(any idea on what cost may be??) My first question is do I need to use any gasket sealer? I have the two gaskets for the water-pump but wasn't sure if I needed any permatex or anything? My second question is do our cars actually have PCV valves? I cannot find mine for the life of me and it is really embarrassing.

PS: Are there any other things I may need to replace the opti and the water-pump? Thanks in advance!

25th T/A equals '94, right?

If so, I believe it - PCV - is like the 93 - on the driver's side of the manifold. It's in the middle there, and just does a quick u-turn and goes right back in the manifold.

According to Haynes - apply RTV sealant to both sides of new gaskets.

Yes, that is where the PCV valve is located.

I used RTV on both those gaskets. If you're changing the opti, it might be a good time to replace the seals in the timing cover if they show signs of leaking.

A new non-vented opti should be ~300 or so, maybe more.
