My BMR saftey loop reduces the clearance of my car too much and I'm thinking of taking it off. However, I think that one of the threads is messed up so I'm wondering if I really need to put anything in it's place. It doesn't seem to do much.

 

I've had my g-load brace off for awhile. No problems.

 

Same here. Before I put a BMR DS loop down there I didn't have anything, my FLP y-pipe was too low for the stock brace.
